Location: the hotel was conveniently located near the train and bus stations, making it easy to get around the city. It was also close to a supermarket and convenience stores, which was helpful. the river cruising stations were within walking distance, and we enjoyed a nice boat tour. Best aspects: the hotel had a modern and clean decor, which was nice. the staff were friendly and polite as well. the breakfast was okay, but not exceptional. We appreciated being able to leave our luggage at the reception area before check-in time.

We stayed at the hotel during Christmas, and the room was uncomfortably small for the three of us. the table was cluttered and left little space for our things.

I loved the location of the hotel which was very near the river where I took a river cruise along the scenic river. The hotel was also conveniently located close to the train and bus station which made it easy for me to access transportation. Additionally, the cleanliness of the rooms was impressive and the staff was very helpful and polite.

Starting the year at this hotel was amazing! We loved the spacious and clean room with a view of the beautiful canal. The hotel location was perfect, right next to the canal boat trip and a short walk to the train station. The staff were fantastic and really friendly, they helped us navigate the area and even kept our luggage for us before check-in. Plus, the fast and free Wi-Fi was a great bonus for a new year catch-up with our family.

The breakfast was slightly disappointing, although the Japanese breakfast looked better than it tasted. We were hoping for a bit more variety, but it was still an enjoyable enough meal. Also, the car park was a bit of a hassle since it was a bit limited in space and required a bit of moving around. we had a great new year stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it to others!

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel's attention to detail and basic amenities. The rooms were clean and well presented, and I especially appreciated the separate shower and toilet. The location was perfect, being very close to the train station and just a stone's throw away from the river where we took a delightful river cruise along the Yanagawa river.

All in all, this hotel provided a great experience.
